How Do I... Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor's discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment. Please return the repeat slip with the items you require ticked or complete a prescription request form. Housebound patients can request their prescriptions over the telephone but all other requests must be put in writing to the surgery.
We are unable to take orders or issue repeat prescriptions at weekends, public holidays or out of normal surgery hours.
Please allow 48 hours before collection and make allowances for weekends and public holidays. Where possible give exact drug names when ordering.
If you are on long-term medication this will need to be reviewed every six months.
